Your thesis design<\/h2>\n

Your defense is in sight and it’s time to think about your thesis design<\/a>! There will be a real book, in which you put blood, sweat and tears and a lot of your spare time. I’d love to help you with the last piece: the design of your thesis. A PhD is usually a period with challenges, life events and a period of personal growth. Your thesis design therefore, is not only science but also a part of you as a person. I love it when your design reflects both: the science and you. This can be very subtle, only visible to you. By combining your story with your scientific subject we will get an original and personal thesis design, in which you will recognize yourself.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”25528″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” css=”” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Illustration<\/h2>\n

Besides thesis design, I also do other illustration jobs. I made an illustration for the fungi scientist group of the Naturalis in Leiden, I illustrated a book of poetry and a few children’s books: Het kleine heelal<\/em> by Annejan Mieras, Op zoek<\/em> by Victoria M\u00fcller and my own book A star for everyone<\/em>, which I also wrote.<\/p>\n

When I have a bit of time for myself, I make some free artwork. I displayed my free work at Artisjiek this year, an art route in my neighbourhood. I’m still busy setting up a page.
